Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investment in construction and development projects. The principle is simple: you pool your capital with other investors and together participate in real estate projects that would be hard to access individually.
Through a digital platform, multiple investors contribute funds to a specific project. Once construction is completed and the defined targets are met, profits are distributed proportionally among all participants according to the size of their investment.
