Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Monelitho s.r.o., with its registered office at Mlynské Nivy 48, 821 09 Bratislava, Reg. No. 56 894 271 (hereinafter the “Controller”), processes the personal data of visitors and users of the website monelitho.com.
1. Controller
The controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data is Monelitho s.r.o., registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III Municipal Court, section: Sro, file no. 187234/B. Contact: privacy@monelitho.com.
2. Data we process
We process identification and contact data you voluntarily provide via our newsletter form (name, email address), browsing data (IP address, browser type, cookie identifiers) and data you share with us through correspondence.
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data for the following purposes: (a) sending the informational newsletter about upcoming campaigns and projects based on your consent; (b) operating, securing and improving the website on the basis of legitimate interest; (c) compliance with legal obligations in the area of accounting and taxes.
4. Retention period

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures (TLS 1.3 in transit, encrypted storage, access controls, regular security audits) to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at monelitho.com. We will notify you of any material changes by email or by a banner on the website.
